About This Listing

Unique and rare RS - 130. Solely sold in the year of 84 along side the comet series of Roadstars and Blazers. This was the simplified version though. No fancy phase switches, or vibrato system. These have a brass hardtail. Overall for it's age this guitar is in pretty solid shape. It has 2 dings in the poly that expose the wood underneath. As well as minor dings and scratches mainly on the back.

Essentially these are slightly offset strat style guitar with way more modernized specs like a flatter radius. Still gives you all those killer rock, country, surf strat tones. I used it mainly for jazz though and currently have it set up with La Bella 11s. Everything functions as should, the only issue is that one of the adjustment screws on the high e saddle is stripped, but the action played great with how it's setup so I never went out of my way to replace it.

- 3 way switch, 1 volume, 1 tone
- fully adjustable brass hard tail bridge
- birch top on basswood body
- maple neck + fretboard
- the killer sure grip speed knobs
- ibanez super 5 pickups
- 25.5" scale length
- 12 inch radius
- graphite nut
- Ibanez stock tuners
- frets are in pretty good shape, quite light wear
- original case, interior is in superb shape. Outside has a few stickers/residue + some minor separation of the tolex in areas.
- only thing not stock is strap buttons.
