Stedman N90 Vintage Large Diaphragm Dynamic Recording Microphone w/Hard Case

Stedman N-90 
This microphone is similar in sound to an Electro-Voice RE-20, but it is a side-address microphone, meaning you sing into the side of it rather than the end. It is great for vocal, electric guitars, saxophone or trumpet, it's just a great all-around large-diaphragm dynamic mic.

This is NOT a condenser microphone, even though there is someone trying to sell one as a condenser here on Reverb.... it requires no phantom power or battery, it is a dynamic microphone.

Fun fact: these Stedman mics were used on the drums and the guitars and vocals on the theme song from "Friends", which was done by the Rembrandts. Well known among studio engineers.

I have the original hardshell case with this as well.

This purchase will not come with a clip (unless I can find it.) 
It will fit in pretty much any clamp-type shock mount, and a shock mount is really what you want to use for a large diaphragm microphone anyway, to keep extraneous noises out of your recording.

Here is the description of the microphone from the original Stedman information sheet for it:

"The N90’s sound is achieved with a precision large-diameter mylar diaphragm and powerful Alnico/Iron magnet assembly. This efficient dynamic design yields a warm sound and very smooth frequency response. The N90s transformerless design offers exceptional transient response and is capable of handling sound pressure levels in excess of 155dB without distortion. The N90 does not require phantom power or batteries."
