Parker Fly Jazz Transparent Cherry 2000

Parker Fly Jazz 2000.  Transparent cherry finish.  Excellent Condition.  Made in the USA.  Extraordinarily rare - only made from 2000 – 2002.  I am the original owner.  The guitar was purchased from an authorized dealer in Oct. 2000 and comes with the original hard-shell case, original case candy and original Parker shipping box.  The guitar is 100% stock as received from the factory. No modifications or repairs.  This guitar was never gigged with, never had a guitar strap on it, and comes from a smoke free environment.  The Jazz version of the Fly models comes with two (2) custom-wound DiMarzio Humbuckers, with the neck pickup voiced to be a little mellower than the Classic (per Jesse Silva, Product Support at Parker Guitars August, 2000), a non-tremolo hardtail bridge and gold hardware.

I had the guitar evaluated at a local guitar shop in Syracuse, NY.  These were the results; excellent condition, action is good, neck is straight, minimal fret wear, no buzzing, plays well up and down the neck. Not in need of a setup. Strung with D’Addario XL .009 strings.   

All buttons, switches and knobs fully function like new with no noise.  The factory color coded stereo cable works and still has the original wire tie on it as received from the factory as it was never cut and the cord was not uncoiled.

There are locations on the guitar with fine pick marks and swirl marks visible in certain light that I was unable to fully photograph.  These may be able to be buffed/polished out but is not something I am going to attempt. There are no dings, paint chips, gouges, deep scratches, belt buckle marks, strap marks or areas of repair. 

This item is sold As-Is/As-Described and cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed.  Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging within five (5) days of receipt.

This guitar ships to the lower 48 United States.  The guitar will be shipped in its guitar case, placed inside the original Parker shipping box and will then be professionally packaged by UPS in a new shipping cardboard box.  The guitar will be insured and tracked.  Shipping/packaging/insurance cost is an estimate and will be driven by the destination zip code.
