As a long-time Magnatone Enthusiast, I heard about Don Bonham's Audio Guild Ultraflex amp around 18 years ago when discussing Magnatone Vibrato with my friends Lonnie Mack and Russ House. After years of searching, I finally found this one (with No Tubes) in Miami around 14 years ago. I had it serviced/restored by Bill Potter at The Amp Shop in West Palm Beach and re-tubed it with mostly brand new tubes so that it now sounds spectacular with great Reverb and Vibrato/Tremelo. The top speaker is an * inch while the bottom speaker is a 12 inch Utah speaker with a very large magnet.
Don Bonham had worked for Magnatone and designed their famous "pitch shifting" Vibrato----when Magnatone turned to the new solid state designs, Mr. Bonham left to start Audio guild.
This an extremely rare, vintage amp in museum cosmetic condition and excellent playing condition.
Attempting to pack/ship this amp would be very challenging so I prefer local pickup but will cooperate/assist in any way I can. I will consider shipping but because of its size---it will be costly.
