This is an OM sized guitar from New Jersey luthier Dennis MacPherson Sr. It has an Adirondack spruce top, figured Maple back and sides, mahogany neck, mahogany binding, black and white multi strip purfling, multi bound straight neck, ebony fretboard with abalone and mother of pearl inlays. The rosette has a unique pattern of pearl inlays. The head plate is Rosewood, and I had the tuners replaced by a luthier. They are Schertler pearl button open back, with "blued" metal and a brass cog wheel. Nice. The old screw holes did not line up, so the luthier had to fill them. They are visible. The bridge is Rosewood and the pins are ebony with mother of pearl dots. Bone nut (1 3/4") and compensated saddle. Shallow body and comfortable neck, plus the loud clear tone make this a joy to play. Some light scratches on the top, otherwise in great condition. Comes with a secure and plush Guardian case with a hygrometer. Thanks for looking.
