Harmony H76

This is a beautiful guitar, a Harmony H76 but badged ''Truetone''. Made in the

USA in the early to mid sixties, they are fantastic looking but also great playing

guitars with plenty of sound variations possible.

Its finished in red which is perhaps the best colour and with a red tortoiseshell

style pickguard. There are three goldfoil pickups, each with an on/off switch and

each with volume and tone controls with the rare very small knobs. The wooden

bridge is adjustable and the tailpiece is a trapeze type known as a ''lyre''.

The condition is very good showing just a small patch of ''buckle rash'' - but

this guitar has been well looked after and it comes in its original hardcase with

spectacular blue lining. The red fronted headstock shows the ''Truetone'' name.

Hard to find in this condition.
