C.A. 1960 Kay 6550 Electric Archtop Guitar. Kay's answer to the Gibson ES-125D. Features 2 'speed-bump' pickups, similar to a P-90 or P-13 but slightly less output, very warm and full sounding. Non-original knobs, but 2 original ones are included (small hole in of the new knobs).
Overall good condition for 60+ year old instrument. A few scratches as seen in photos. Neck is very comfortable, not at all a typical 50's archtop baseball bat shape. Sounds great unplugged too. One Small chip on the bottom near the plug, not a crack. Comes with a very nice non-original hard shell case .
I've done my best to describe this as accurately as possible. Happy to take any additional pictures or answer any questions
