1960s Custom built solid-body electric offset with 1959 Fender Jazzmaster neck!! We were told that this guitar was built by Gary Johnson in Spokane Washington. Beautiful Burgundy Mist-ish color and an exceptionally amazing original 1959 Jazzmaster neck that feels how you want an old Fender neck to feel, worn down through the lacquer on that backside with that silky smooth texture that can only be achieved with years of playing. There is a small 2cm hairline fracture in the headstock running out from the low E tuner screw. It appears to have been addressed with glue is appears structurally sound. Many other parts on the guitar appear to have been custom built including the pickguard and bridge assembly. Incredible one-of-a-kind guitar that plays great! Outfitted with a custom sewn leather body wrap!! The guitar weighs in at 8 lbs. 4 oz. This guitar is so ridiculously cool!! Ships with non-original vintage hardshell case. Thanks for looking!
