The SK15 is a 49 key, 7 voice analog ensemble synthesizer made in the early 80's (a simplified version of the SK20 and a more advanced with more features than the SK10) , featuring organ, string, and poly-synth sections, brilliance (organ and string sections), release, tremolo, sustain and volume pedal inputs, and vibrato. The synth section also features a slow attack button and a resonant low pass filter with dedicated ADSR envelope. The organ section features 7 stops.

Called "Symphonic Ensemble", it offers 3 different sections: An "ORGAN" section, a "STRINGS" section for synthetic violins sounds and a "POLY-SYNTH" section which is a polyphonic synthesizer. Each section can be used individually or combined to create a wide variety of string machines sounds.

It comes with a "slow attack" effect that can be assigned to the Poly-Synth and Strings section, allowing you to create more natural string sounds. It also features a BRILLIANCE setting that affects the ORGAN and STRINGS section. The SK15 as well offers an adjustable VIBRATO.
The best part is the Poly-synth section. It offers a very musical filter with an envelope dedicated to the filter ... And of course, like any good string machine there is an TREMOLO/ENSEMBLE effect applicable to the STRINGS" or/and "ORGAN" section.
The overall construction and assembly is high quality, it's a very solid synthesizer.
