Crafted by the Krutz family at KC Strings in Merriam KS, this instrument produces a large, round, warm sound.
This is a hybrid bass, meaning the front is carved (made of one piece of wood) while the back is plywood (two pieces). This allows for the perfect blend between beautiful tone and affordability.
The instrument does have some knicks around the edges from general use over the past five years, but nothing significant that would affect playability or sound quality.
I'll also throw in for free a padded case and Fishman BP-100 pickup. String length is 43 3/4".
