Original CIJ ‘crafted in japan’ ‘57 RI strat in excellent playing condition. These mij strats are true modern classics, and have developed a rabid following over the years. Rightly so, they are amazing players; head and shoulders above anything fender USA was producing during the period.
This one is no exception, and plays like a pampered pet. The neck is arrow straight and perfectly intonated; fast and true, and the pickups are hot, springy, and well...stratty.
Keeper.
Cosmetically, she’s very nice indeed, with lots of authentic, and deserved exterior finish and play wear, all included at no extra charge. She ships in a quality gig bag, not pictured.
