A vintage Martin 2-17 made in 1930, serial number 42944 in very good condition, show it’s been well cared for. This pre-war Martin 12 fret parlor guitar has an all mahogany body and neck, with its original Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, frets and pyramid bridge with a bone thru saddle. The 2-17 was the first Martin guitar model with X bracing designed for steel strings. It has a very delicate touch and a, sweet, woody sound, perfect for fingerpicking or gentle strumming.-Recent neck reset and excellent action-Tons of room on the saddle-No cracks on the top, the guitar is in very stable condition. -Inside the body it looks like new.-Comes with original vintage caseThe guitar is listed locally for sale in Los Angeles and is subject to prior sale.You can pick up locally, or if you want shipping you’ll have to pay additional fees for insurance.
