This Pre-Amp and EQ unit is in Perfect Condition, and includes the original box (the original cardboard box it came in is NOT in perfect shape, SEE PICTURES, but the actual product is. Instruction Manual NOT included). Has a clip on the back so you can clip it straight on to your strap if you prefer. Uses any standard 9V battery. It also has an input jack for a DC 9V adapter (battery/adapter NOT included).
