Very rare and highly collectable the Guild 100 series gutiars are without doubt the most beautiful acoustics ever built by Guild. The maple and abalone bound rosewood bodies are combined with a natural finished, hand-carved mahogany neck. The ebony fretboard has distinctive cloud inlays of abalone and an an abalone-inlaid, multi-layered headstock. These instruments are made of select AAA spruce and finest rosewood. This guild was built in 1994 in Westerly Rhode Island and was a very limited run. An LR Baggs Lyric pickup has been installed. This is as nice as it gets and has seen limited play over the years and is in as close to mint condition as it gets for a guitar of this age. The original deluxe hardshell case in included in the sale. No expense was spared in creating this top of the line Guild guitar.
