Mick Goodrick Almanac of Guitar Voice Leading

How long have you looked for these books to no avail?  Vol 1 and 2 of Mick Goodrick's legendary, long out of print, and virtually impossible to find Almanac for Guitar Voice Leading.

Vol 1 has been used and has some blemishes but all the info is there (see photos for condition) Vol 2, other than a small bend in one corner on the cover, is pretty much perfect condition as you can see from the photos.  It's obviously a 20 year old book, and I've only really used vol 1.  They've always been in a smoke free home.  Books are intact with no pages missing.
There is no writing in this book. I'm the only owner of it.

I have absolutely no need to sell these books but if you're ready for an intense learning experience that will take you years to master or if you have a ton of spare money and you like collecting rare things this is a no brainer.
