Original vintage c 1960’s mosrite celebrity hollow body electric guitar in lovely playing condition, with original case. The celebrity was moseite’s take on the Gibson es335 hollowbody market, and a super cool and quirky little slice of handmade American guitar history.
Along with microfrets, kustom, and others, mosrite made some wild axes in the 60’s, with tons of cool features; “mosrite of California” embossed pickups, (very stratty, actually), gretsch style zero fret, deeeep headstock angle and massive volute, and perhaps the best designed bridge... ever. The pickups are hot and spanky, kinda fender, kinda p90, and the neck is crazy fast. Super low action, perfect intonation, and super “barely there” brass frets. Killer player.
Cosmetically, she’s very vintage indeed, with lots of genuine and deserved play wear and patina, all included at no extra charge. Enjoy!
