Sigma by Martin guitars were made to strict quality control standards starting in the 1970s in Japan and then moving to Korea in the 1980s. They were shipped to Nazareth PA for final inspection and set up and then sold in the American market. Not many genuine left handed model were made so this one is hard to find!

This rare lefty Sigma DM2-LH is based on the Martin D18 model and features new Grover milk bottle tuners and unbleached bone saddle by Martin. Original features include tortoise pickguard, 1 11/16” nut, solid rosewood bridge, black bridge pins, and black end pin. You can easily remove the end pin and enlarge the hole to install your own electronics. The guitar weighs 4.6 lb.

Spruce top with Mahogany back, sides, and neck, with various dings and scratches, with a large ding on the side of the neck and one extra hole on the back of the headstock from a previous tuner (shown).

This guitar is tuned a half step down for open blues tuning with a brand new set of Martin extra light strings. It ships with the (possibly original) vintage chip board case which has a lot of wear, so is included as a free bonus for shipping protection.

Your purchase includes free USA shipping costs to coast. Serious inquires only please- Thanks!
