About This Listing

Item: FE9238009479

This little gem of a Stratocaster comes to us just in time for the holidays. This recreation of a brand new 1956 Stratocaster is one of the best sounding Strats I've heard in a while. A customer was standing beside me when I fist plugged this in, and we both had the same simultaneous thought, “this sounds like Knopfler's Strat” – and that's saying a lot. The neck is the popular 10/56 carve with a 9.5” radius and vintage fret wire that offers authentic and classic Strat tone. Thankfully, the wiring is “modern” with a 5 way selector and a tone control on the bridge pickup. In all my experience dealing with Fender Custom Shop guitars, I can tell you, this one is a Strat lover's Strat. Buy this one today. - Scott
