Here is a 1993 Hamer Special P90. Made in USA.
This guitar has the stock Seymour Duncan P90 pickups: 2NJ (neck), 3BJ (bridge). They have a nice clear tone with plenty of bite.
The guitar is in Cherry finish over mahogany, there are some chips to the wood. There are many fine scratches in the clear coat from years of use. They are too fine to photograph and should cleanup with some rubbing compound. There is a spot of slight worming on the back but again it is too fine to photograph. I've tried to capture the finish imperfections in the photos.
The rosewood fretboard/mahogany neck is straight, no repairs, the frets have plenty of left on them and fret wear is minimal. It is a thin C profile Hamer neck common to this model/timeframe. There are no "Hameritis" finish issues in the neck pocket area. Tuners are original Hamer.
The original Hamer TKL Canadian made case is included. The guitar may have been shipped in the case at some point, there is damage to the bottom where the end pin is. I'll add some extra padding in that area to avoid more damage in shipping.
The guitar plays and sounds as it should, controls rotate/switch smoothly without any scratchiness. Please review the pictures and ask any questions before purchase. I have attempted to represent this item accurately, I can send more pictures to the intentional.
