Premier 1970's Drum Set in Red Wrap - 13/14/16/22

Premier early to mid 1970's Red Wrap Drum Set with 9x13, 10x14 rack tom, 16x16 floor tom and 14x22 bass drum. African Mahogany shell and high quality hardware make these one of the best bang-for-the-buck vintage sets you can get. Premier had some of the finest, most elegant looking diecast hoops ever made and thin mahogany shells with precise edges and beach reinforcement rings. Big, warm, open tone with a focus and clarity unlike the 40's and 50's USA made mahogany shelled kits. The set is in great shape with only a few scuffs on the finish. All the hardware is great shape - Premier used one of the best chrome platers in the UK at the time. Original, round top slotted tension rods and single handle bass drum t-rods. One of the floor tom mounts took a little hit and  cracked the wrapped finish around the the mount. The interior was cracked and repaired in our NYC location. There is no effect on tuning or quality of sound. Great vintage value!
