At Damm Music Center we categorize our used Student Model School Band & Orchestra Instruments into two classifications; Standard Used & Premium Used.
What’s the difference between Standard & Premium?
Standard Used instruments are usually older and have more wear & tear or as we like to call it “character” (that means finish wear, scratches, dings, and other cosmetic issues). These instruments have been inspected, cleaned and adjusted to put them into top playing condition. We guarantee, with proper maintenance, these instruments will last at least as long as our rental term, which is usually 2 to 3 years. If you continue to take care of the instrument, it will last years beyond this as well.
Premium Used instruments are usually newer and have minimum cosmetic issues. These instruments are often only a year or two in age. Like the Standard Used, the instruments have been inspected, cleaned and adjusted to put them into top playing condition. We guarantee, with proper maintenance, these instruments will last at least as long as our rental term, which is usually 2 to 3 years. If you continue to take care of the instrument, it will last years beyond this as well.
