Don't let the name on the headstock fool you. This is a very well built, great playing and sounding super strat.

Valley Arts was a boutique guitar manufacturer located in North Hollywood, CA, USA. They built guitars mainly for professional players. They sold their name to Samick and built the VACP. Do not confuse the Valley Arts models with the lower end Samicks that are built in China or Indonesia. Gibson acquired the Valley Arts name and once again builds the high end custom shop models.
These guitars are very good quality at an affordable price. These guitars have been discontinued. Not too many of these left around, especially in this condition.
The Valley Arts influence in these guitars can really be felt. This is not a cheap Chinese or Indonesian guitar. These Korean built guitars have excellent workmanship and quality components. This is a good upper mid level guitar at a very reasonable price.
