Lovely Boulder Creek acoustic that sounds equally good acoustic or plugged in. The bass itself is nearly flawless. The case has some scuffs and small rips, but is solid with good hinges and latches. Preamp has a built-in tuner. Right now it's wearing Chromes, which are my favorite strings for acoustic basses--nice and woody.
In response to an inquiry, I double checked the electronics. The preamp works through the XLR output and sounds great--tuner and EQ work as you'd expect. The 1/4" output, however, does not appear to have any signal on it. I had never used the 1/4" out, so I had never noticed.
