most Gov. postal services aren't working in full operations ,this incl as well the USPS, AU-Post . Canadian Post and many more. Therefore we ship since the pandemic started ,all covers at first to our 2nd location in Germany ( 1x monthly via UPS) and fw your order via DHL Ecommerce to the US.
Clients in Canada and other locations are recommended to use UPS as shipping solution.
