Louis Electric 'Buster' Amp 2013 Black/Tan

This 2013 Louis Electric Buster is a “boutique” amp in every sense of the word. It is handmade in the U.S.A., using artisan quality construction and materials. It's attention to detail is amazing.  The amp is in excellent condition- looks great, sounds great. The amp is based on the Fender 5e3 tweed Deluxe. It covers sparkling highs and smooth midrange, and has a solid low end that never loses its poise. The Buster has astonishing headroom and plays as a full-sized single 12″ tube amp with 35 +/- watts. As you can see, the amp is black, with a rich, tan grill cloth. It is all original.

This  Buster features a custom transformer, fixed bias system, the original Celestion GH30 speaker that came new with the amp, 2 6V6/6L6 power tubes with a Gz34 Rectifier, one 12AT7 phase inverter tube, one 12AX7 preamp  tube, and 3 input jacks. The amp has two channels – Bright and Normal. A switch is placed next to the input jacks to provide the player with a powerful, increased gain. The amp has two volume controls and one tone control.  It has an On/Off switch and a seperate Standby switch. An additional feature with the 6L6 configuration is a 4k/8k option at the speaker input. This allows the player to simply switch the load to provide a cleaner tone with the 8 OHM 4k option, or more a distorted tone with the 4 OHM 8k option. The 8k option lowers the wattage and provides a quicker mid-range break up.

This amp is signed on the inside of the cabinet “Buster 6/15/13 LR.” “LR” is Louis Rosano a/k/a 'Louis' of Louis Electric. The Louis Electric Buster provides the classic 6V6/6L6 sound with a loud 18W 6V6 output or and even louder 28W 6L6 output. This variation on a 5e3 Tweed Deluxe, gives it much more power, headroom and clarity. This amp works as an excellent pedal platform, or crank it up without pedals and let it rip. This amp is so versatile that it can go from a quiet practice at home, to rehearsals, to gigs at medium sized venues — grab it and go because this Buster does it all.
