The piano has some minor scuffs but it is overall good condition cosmetically. The reason it is listed as "Fair" is that two keys are not functioning properly. I am not sure if it is the spring mechanism or not. It is being sold AS-IS due to the non functioning keys which are pictured above. Please feel free to message with any questions.
