Back then Zoom made this analog pedal (and others from the same
series) built REALLY like a tank...think i read its 720g. Cleans really well according to guitar volume knob or playing.
It goes with the official manual.
The 'resonance' knob is noisy sometimes, may be solved with deoxit or similar products.
Soundwise it's the perfect fuzz for me, it does the vintage fuzz face thing (cleans up and goes from slight overdrive to fuzz with the guitar knob), or the big muff thing. This happens via the 'Colour' and 'Tone' knobs.
Also allows the Zvex weird sounds or gated fuzz via the 'Resonance' and 'Gate' knobs, turning them as you wish.
Be aware that despite whats written near the power and jack sockets it only draws the power that a fuzz usually does.
