Up for grabs is my beloved Fender 300PS bass amplifier. This thing is an absolute BEAST. 300 watts of all tube power. Completely hand-wired. The 300PS was Fender's answer in the 70's to Ampeg's SVT. In my mind, it tops any SVT I've played through both in sound and versatility. An obscure amp, but easily one of the best tube bass amps ever produced.
This amp is in very good condition and has had most of the electrolytic capacitors professionally changed out. All tubes were changed recently and power tubes biased as well. I'd estimate the tubes have less than 3 hours on them. Housed in a newer headshell that was built before I received it a number of years ago, and the build is very clean (it was common for the original enclosure to break on these amps for some reason, probably due to the chassis weight). Includes original footswitch for the distortion and graphic EQ.
Thanks for looking!
