This is the replacement for the early-'70s original Fender® guitar 3-hole neck plate. It is accurate, including the differing mounting hole sizes for the 2 common neck screws and the over-sized machine screw to operate the micro-tilt.
It does not bear the Fender® logo, patent number or serial number but will replace part number 005-4525-000 without modification. Neck screws are not included with this item. This will not fit a bass.

- Mounting Screw Hole Locations = 1 1/4 in. (31.65mm) apart.
- Mounting Screw hole Diameter = 9/32 in. (7mm)
- Machine Screw Hole location = 1 29/32 centered below wood mounting screws
- Machine Screw Mounting Hole size = 21/32 in. (8.35mm)
- Micro-tilt hole placed directly below machine screw hole.
