Made in the early seventies in Japan and imported to the UK under the Arbiter name this is a Flying Vee. The Arbiter name is one of quality guitars and basses made during the sixties and early seventies and this guitar is in an excellent condition. Its finished in dark red with a white scratchplate which contains all the electrics. There are two humbuckers with two volume controls, one tone control and a three-way pickup selector switch. (The switch tip shows a little damage bit works perfectly.) There are two jackplug sockets - one is the usual one and the lower one bypasses the tone pot thereby supplying more volume. The bridge is a tune-o-matic and a stopbar tailpiece. The neck is bolted on and the neckplate is stamped ''made in japan 1040038'', and the fretboard has twenty-two frets all good. It plays extremely well and it comes with its original fitted hardcase.
