About This Listing
1983 Fender Elite Precision Bass II in exceptionally clean 9.5/10 condition. 100% original and complete with untouched solder. It has a rare pewter finish and comes supplied with the original hard case. Case key and Allen keys for the truss rod and bridge saddles included. It has a wide C profile Maple neck with a beautiful rosewood fingerboard which has a 7.25" radius.
This is a great Fender bass with a straight neck and original frets which are in excellent condition showing very little wear. The only imperfections I can find on this bass are 2 extremely small chips in the finish on the back edge of the lower bout. The back of the neck and headstock are immaculate.
This bass has been fully set up in our workshop with a set of round wound strings. The neck is stamped June 08 1983. The visible pot date stamps read 1378319 (19th week of 83) Serial number: E316979, weight: 9lbs 10oz. Neck dimensions, Nut width:44.75 mm depth at 1st fret: 20.7 mm.
