Jacobacci is a French family business of artisan lutherie founded in 1924 composed of two associated brothers, André and Roger, installed on rue Duris in Paris who made banjos and guitars.
The collaboration between Roger Jacobacci and Steve Brammer leads to the creation of two new models: Texas, the body, of reduced proportions, is still partly hollow in 1959, followed by Ohio (this time it's a solid-body guitar, "extra flat ”) in 1960.
