Very nice vintage stereo receiver. No blemishes on the face. The wood veneer still looks nice. It's a little dusty in the pictures, but in fine condition. It has preouts, that allows you to use the receiver as either an amp or a preamp, as well as a receiver. Great feature for someone who wants to add extra power, or needs a preamp with that warm 70's sound, to control their power amp. I tested it with my tube amp, and a solid state technics and it works great with that feature, or just as a receiver. 30 watts per channel, when this came out in the late 70's was a good amount of power, and it is still loud enough to ROCK OUT, without blowing your classic, and or newer speakers. Sounds, looks, and works great.
Here are some specs from Hifi Engine on the receiver: - Tuning range: FM, MW
- Power output: 30 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo)
- Frequency response: 20Hz to 50kHz
- Total harmonic distortion: 0.5%
- Damping factor: 40
- Input sensitivity: 2.5mV (MM), 150mV (line)
- Signal to noise ratio: 70dB (MM), 90dB (line)
I double and triple box all of my shipments, with an absurd amount of bubble wrap, and plenty of extra packing. I also add Reverb shipping insurance. So rest assured, that even if the package arrives damaged or broken, you will not be out your investment in the gear I just sold you. Reverb has always treated my customers and myself very fairly, and they are the best marketplace out there.
