The Martin Acoustic Guitars - D-18 Ambertone is the original, legendary 14-fret dread here in a modern version with a vintage-inspired 1933 Ambertone Finish. Featuring a Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides it gives you great volume, with a rich tone, full of clear highs and a nice, warm low end. This D-18 is a workhorse no matter what style(s) of music you play with some excellent playability from a low oval profile neck and a high performance taper with a 1 3/4" nut width and a 2 5/32" string spacing.
From the scalloped X bracing giving you beautiful resonance, right down to the vintage style butterbean tuners, this Martin D-18 guitar is a dynamic player built to stand the test of time. Comes with a Martin hardshell case and full set up to your specs from our luthiers.
