Here we have an vintage Audition guitar with a body shape similar to the Teisco Sharkfin line of guitars.
A lot of work has been done including wax potting the pickups, all-new wiring, shielding and changing the bridge. The bridge saddle screws are too long and need to be replaced with shorter screws or cut down, this will allow a better setup although it plays okay as-is. Action is low.
Frets are playable, but could be replaced. I'll include some brand new fretwire with this which I meant to replace but I haven't been able to do it (I don't have much experience). I'll also include the original wiring and bridge.
There's large finish cracks near the neck pocket. Not sure how that happened, but I do play this guitar and bend the neck for vibrato often and it doesn't seem to be a structural problem.
Aside from a few issues and some finish wear around the body, it stays in tune surprisingly well even with original tuners and the tremolo bar is crazy sensitive and responsive; very different and cool compared to other guitars.
I'll also include a soft case. Please ask any questions you might have and allow a few days to ship!
