This super-rare acoustic features a solid sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back/sides, checkerboard binding and rosette - one of the finest Fender acoustics in my opinion and a real looker! Most interestingly, it features a custom Fender stratocaster neck and headstock, which not only looks great, but makes it more comfortable than a standard acoustic. This model was discontinued a long time ago, and they very rarely come up for sale.
Generally the guitar is in excellent condition as it's seen very little use. The only things to really mention is that it has 2 parallel thin and very feint blemishes on the back (see photos) - i'm not sure if this was a flaw in the wood of if it's been repaired - but it's not major at all and isn't noticeable when playing/sitting on a stand. This guitar would have originally been fitted with a pick up/input jack, which the previous owner removed (hence the very low price) and it's paired with a nice quality hard case as an extra bonus.
Tone wise, this thing sounds absolutely incredible - I've put a fresh set of strings on her for the new lucky owner and it's been set up with a very low action. It's a real treat to play.
Serial number is tricky to see from the pic, so for clarity it is: MA1707034
