Overview
The Grand Auditorium is one of Taylor's most popular guitar body styles, so it makes sense that the Taylor 414ce Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric guitar would be considered a popular, highly versatile instrument. Though the 414ce initially sported the Fishman Prefix system, in 2004, Taylor switched to their own onboard electronics system: their mounted Expression System 2. Like many in the 400 Series, the 414ce acoustic-electric is comprised of a sitka spruce top and ovangkol back and sides to give this guitar a wide tonal palette.
