Octave The Kitten Analog Mono Synthesizer!
This synth model was introduced by New York's Octave Electronics in 1981, and this particular unit is dead clean and sounds fantastic!
The Kitten is a vintage single VCO analog mono synth. Its a rare bird indeed as Octave electronics was around from ~1975-1985.
Octave’s The Kitten and it’s dual VCO synth The Cat were most frequently compared to the ARP Odyssey in their day
Even the faux-wood panel sides are in fantastic original condition on this unit.
The only cosmetic issue is the serial number plate is starting to peel up a bit from the left, you can see this in the photo of the power switch.
