Precision-ground for flatness.
Fast, accurate leveling tools for the pro shop.

Each heavyweight rectangular 1" x 2" steel tube is precision-ground for flatness on the narrow sides. Attach adhering abrasives to quickly level frets or level an unfretted fingerboard. The tool's edges are smooth to prevent gouging.

24" (609mm) Fret/Fingerboard Leveler
The 24" length quickly levels frets and fingerboards on new builds and uninstalled necks. With the extra-long size you'll level all of the frets at the same time, giving you faster and more accurate results.

Save with the set: Leveler and Stikit Set
Stikit Set cut like a file, last longer than regular sandpaper, and are sized to stick right to the 1" width of our Levelers. These are the same professional sandpapers we use to quickly and cleanly level fingerboards and frets, and to remove the scratches before you recrown and polish.

Each set includes one Leveler and four 15-yard rolls of Stikit, one of each grit: 320, 400, 600 and 800-grits.

The Fret/Fingerboard Leveler is 1" (25mm) wide x 2" (50mm) tall

Works on stainless frets, too!
All of our tools are suitable for use on stainless-steel fretwire, with the exception of our Fret Tang Nippers. Modern stainless-steel fretwire is known to be harder than the traditional nickel-silver blends, but our own shop experience indicates the wire does not cause premature wear of files or sandpapers.
