Solid Flame Maple Top Greco Egf-1800 Sunburst Super Real 1981 DryZ Brazilian Fretboard 1 piece body - Neck split - read descriptions

If you're looking at this then you know how rare a Super Real era EGF-1800 with a solid maple top, this is.

I bought this guitar from Vintageandrare.com (see last pic) in excellent conditions and I played it only a few hours and with great care!

The guitar plays like a dream, is loud and very resonant.

It does have original greco deluxe tunings, original pots, strap pins, nut, sought after DryZ pick ups and electronics.

The stoptail was upgraded with a Faber made in Germany and the original stoptail made in Japan is included (see pics).

The plastic jackplate was replaced with a new one and the original one is included (see pics).

The pickguard is missing.

There are a few cosmetic issues on the back of the body, shown in the pictures.

The back of the headstock has a scratch on the surface of the finish.

Actually this is only an aestethically and superficial issue that does not compromise the neck stability or playability (see detailed high resolution pic).
Due to this I have reduced my asking price.

This is a great example of the highly sought after EGF 1800.

Only a few of this model was produced by Greco as part of the Super Real series between 1980 and 1981.

This is one of only four production models that came equipped with the legendary DRY Z pickup, which is considered one of the best PAF reproduction pickups and were only made for two years.
