Here is a beautiful late 1970s Ampeg B15-N Portaflex "Flip Top" all tube bass amp. Serial Number 154616. You've heard this amp on thousands of recordings starting with Motown sessions in the 60s and has been the studio standard ever since. This amp packs all of the brilliance, warmth, and sumptuous tone that you know from your favorite classic records. Recently inspected by our amp tech and in wonderful condition. A fat 30 watts of output pushed through a replacement Weber Ceramic California 15B 15 inch speaker - nicely broken in but not flabby. Equipped with clean USA Magnavox tubes (Magnavox acquired Ampeg in 1971). In wonderful condition cosmetically aside from a few corner rips on the tolex and some tape residue on the back (see photos). Price includes original speaker cable.
