AMERICAN RECORDER DESIGNER SERIES GUITAR CABLES are made with the same high-quality cable and connectors as our standard series cables but then are wrapped in a unique nylon braid sleeving that creates improved cable flexibility, making it very easy to coil, as well as provides extra protection from abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation, thus extending the working life of the cable. DESIGNER SERIES CABLES are available in 16 different styles and one is sure to add to your musical expression.

The SUPER DUPER style has a weave that is a mix of pinks and purples that looks super duper!

This cable features a 24 awg OFC center conductor, surrounded by a polyethylene dialectic, which is then wrapped in a layer of black carbon PE. This special layer is used to eliminate “micro phonics”, which is the noise produced when tapping or moving a cable when used with a high impedance voltage circuit (as an electric guitar). A spiral shield is then used to further reduce noise with a PVC outer jacket that resist sharp edges and abrasion while also allowing for maximum cable flexibility.  

Cables are terminated with our exclusive heavy duty all-metal ¼” connectors that feature a beautiful matte nickel plating finish.  All contact points are hand solder with our high content silver solder and cable reliefs are fastened with a 360-degree hex crimp, to keep wires securely in place.
