Vintage 1940s Harmony Kay Nioma Acoustic Slide Hawaiian Guitar Sheet Music Case
Measurements 40 X 15 X 3 1/2 Comes with Gibson Fuax Gator "Sauage" Handle Case
Up for sale we have a Old Harmony Kay "Nioma" guitar acoustic Hawaiian slide guitar. This is a slide guitar. Back in the 1930s shops buying from harmony would order customs guitar with their various logos on and different shop specs. In this case "Nioma" brand. I've seen others like sears, or roebuck ect. You can tell its a harmony by the number stamp inside this one dating it to 1937. That said this one has some neat features. Faux Gator Gibson case and some sheet music! I always found these be very beautiful sounding and playing parlor guitars. Excellent design and original looking especially with that cool sunburst look! They are well made guitars as well. Solid woods very much like a washburn or gibson quality. Sounds thick and creamy! Secret weapon here! Guitar is very clean for its age. All relatively light wear and tear. The frets are in excellent condition and everything works. Overall this guitar is in great shape. The guitar has minor superficial dings, scratches, wear and tear around various parts of the guitar. Typical of a guitar of this age. As with any guitar that’s been sitting in storage it going to need new strings and set up. Please consider this when bidding on my items.
