Godwin Crucianelli (~Eko) Single Cut-style guitar ~1968 made in Italy - VERY RARE

Very rare "Godwin" LP-style guitar. Godwin was a label by Italian distributor Sisme out of Osimo. The company still started distribution of instruments on the Italian market in 1967 and still exists today. 

The Godwin-branded guitars were made by famous Italian luthier Crucianelli. 

The guitar is a high quality LP-style axe with great craftmanship and stunning playability.
Solid wood body, total weight only 3,74 kg.
The pickups, have a great vintage tone. I am selling this way cheaper because the neck is slightly twisted, which is not really noticeable when playing it.

Condition:

ATTENTION:  please have a close look at all the pictures, especially showing the one with the neck situation. the guitar has a slightly twisted neck.

The guitar is in good condition with some cosmetic issues, and aside from the twisted neck no structural damages.

There are no modifications to the guitar, it seems to be all original except for the tuners. The little markers next to the pots seemed to have been etched into the top. The frets are still very much ok, and the guitar excels in a good and enjoyable playability.

Sound and Playability:

The guitar plays well with a low string action. No buzz, no deadspots. The pickups deliver a very loud classic rock orientated tone.

Frets, Repairs, Service:

 I cleaned everything, polished the frets, oiled the fretboard, put up new 10 gauge strings and set up the guitar as good as possible. Plays like buttery heaven now. The guitar does NOT come with a case, but I pack it very carefully.
