Mosrite Bluesbender 1972 Dark Burgundy

Rare 1972 Mosrite Bluesbender. This one has Hallmark humbuckers designed to sound and look like Mosrite pickups. They are humbuckers but have more high end treble response and are nice and clear, not muddy. The knobs are new but similar to the originals. Everything else is original. Two volume knobs , two tone knobs, phase reversal switch and pickup selector. The color on these is “Dark Burgundy” but looks like black in most light. It has plenty of character with finish checking and nicks. It looks really cool! You can really only see the imperfections close up in bright light. This guitar sounds great and plays great! Nice low Mosrite action. There were only about 205 of these models ever made. It comes with the original hard shell case with blue velvet interior but one latch doesn’t hold well.
