These pickups test and work good. Sound like a 2000's Thunderbird but in 5 string format.
These just came out of my old Thunderbird Studio 5. These pickups are the same dimensions as all the modern 4 string thunderbird pickups, they just crammed bigger bobbins and magnets in the thing.
The bass developed cracks and had warped beyond repair. These basses are somewhat rare and are actually quite a joy to play.
The picture of them in the bass was taken right before I pulled it apart.
