VERY VERY RARE custom color lilac lavender 1971 telecaster thinline with factory pink pearloid pickguard. All original except for professional refret and 60s gibson pat sticker T top pickup added in the neck position. 70's 6 saddle fender bridge. Comes with original case. Includes new fender ashtray bridge cover.
What I was told about these is that only a handful of the rare color combos were made in 71 for a trade show like namm. The only other ones I’ve seen are at the songbirds guitar museum in chattanooga (included in photos). Also included is a photo of an article about these in guitar aficionado magazine. This guitar is somewhere between a player and a museum collector piece. Very lightweight. Plays and sounds like a dream. Message about any questions. All offers welcome. Shipping US only.
