Gibson Custom Shop Handpicked R9 Les Paul 2018 Sunrise Tea Burst RARE STUNNING!

Here is a mighty fine example of a Gibson Custom Shop Late Fifties (R9) Les Paul Standard in a glorious Sunrise Tea Burst finish.

This super rare model was handpicked by GuitarGuitar to form part of a limited run of 81 guitars and is in ‘like new’ condition.

GuitarGuitar visited the custom shop and hand selected all of the materials and finishes and oversaw various stages of its manufacture including the carving of the neck and bodies, resulting in the creation of the perfect ‘59 Les Paul Standard. This particular model was based on the much desired ‘Carmelita’ 1959 burst with the extremely comfortable and revered neck profile.

This Les Paul sounds incredible and really does look, sound and feel like the Les Paul’s of yesteryear due to the VOS finish and Custom Bucker pickups.

The guitar weighs a fantastic 3.6kg due to the non chambered, hand picked, super light mahogany.

The guitar has only been played a handful of times and remains as it was when it left the custom shop.

This really is a special guitar in every aspect and encompasses all that made the Les Paul the great guitar it was.

Comes with its custom shop ‘Cali girl’ case, COA and case candy.
