Alvarez 5040 Koa Wood

I have a really nice Alvarez model 5040 for sale. This is the koa wood model. It is in good condition. I do not know the age but I took a pic of the serial number. It has some fret wear and a few small dings here and there but nothing bad. Someone has filed out the nut a little so I put two small shims under the low E and D. What I mean by shims I put a little piece of the high E string in the nut slots for the low E and D strings. I assume at one time the guitar was set up for med. strings and I put a set of light gage strings on it. The guitar sounds really great and very easy to play.  I will try to post a YouTube video of me playing the guitar later. It also includes a case. 225.00 plus 50 shipping.
