The Boden Original is a continuation of the Boden OS series, of which is no longer being produced. It is now much more affordable.
Swamp ash is used on the body, with a high-grade flame maple for the top.
For the neck, rosewood is utilized - identical to J-series guitars. Subject to high-heat treatment, the wood gains superior strength and hardness while becoming lighter in weight. The back of the neck comes in a half-satin finish, for a superb grip and playability.
